Customers may return fabric within 7 days of receipt.<\/p>\n
The fabric must be unused, uncut, and in its original condition as received.<\/p>\n
The purchase invoice must be included with the return request.<\/p>\n
Fabric that has been tailored or altered to the customer’s specifications cannot be returned.<\/p>\n
Second: Exceptions<\/p>\n
The following are excluded from the return policy:<\/p>\n
Fabric that has been cut or used.<\/p>\n
Custom orders or fabrics made to measure or designed to order.<\/p>\n
Special offers and discounts (except in cases of manufacturing defects).<\/p>\n
Third: Exchanges<\/p>\n
Fabric can be exchanged within the specified return period, provided a replacement product is available.<\/p>\n
In case of price discrepancies, the difference will be calculated based on the current price of the product.<\/p>\n
Fourth: Refunds<\/p>\n
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, a refund will be processed within 7\u201314 business days.<\/p>\n
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.<\/p>\n
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of store error or manufacturing defect.<\/p>\n
